The section will also feature ways of problem-solving within a State's regulatory framework to achieve such results. Eventually this section will be organized by topic (see left-hand side of page).

—Do you know of any nursing homes that use staff in unusual ways or have developed unusual programs that you believe enhance resident autonomy and quality of life?

—Do you have a story about how providers, regulators, and advocates worked together to make possible new ways of enhancing resident autonomy while preserving safety?

—Have you an example of culture change in action?

—Have you a success story in "getting to yes" with regulations?
