Sandra Potthoff’s research specialties include long term care, quality management in healthcare, outcomes evaluation in healthcare and public health, and decision making in healthcare.

Her current research interests include outcomes management systems, variation in healthcare delivery, and quality management in long-term care.

She is the Director of the Master in Healthcare Administration Program.
