In order to provide some structure and control to the case study development process, all case study ideas should first be captured on this simple Case Study Proposal Form. This form can be completed online or downloaded and sent to the Case Committee via e-mail or fax. Proposals for new case studies can be submitted at any time throughout the year and will be reviewed at the next scheduled Case Committee meeting.
